what sizes of homes do you build?

We currently offer 6 different sizes. Choose from 14, 16, 20, 24, 28, and 32ft homes. 

 

All tiny homes are built to order. Every floor plan can be customized,

but we recommend our popular layouts. 

 

Our tiny homes are completely move-in ready and equipped with all standard amenities listed in the base price. 

Can I visit the building site?

Please feel free to stop by our Englewood, CO location to view our active builds. We are working 6-7 days a week. Book an onsite appointment with J.P. below. 

things you may be wondering about...

All of our tiny homes come built on a plated and registered flatbed trailer. County laws are changing daily, but we assure our homes are cross county compatible.

 

Standard RV style hookups are provided such as 3/4 in. water inlet and 4 in. PVC grey water outlet. We use industry standard PEX plumbing and standard house wiring and circuit breakers. 

 

The maximum height of our trailers does not exceed the legal road limit of 13'5".

 

are your homes RVIA Certified?

We can provide RVIA certification for your new tiny home. Please contact us for more information.

are there special Discounts?

Yes! We offer a 5% paid in full discount. 

All participation is tax deductible.

We do not charge sales tax.

can you deliver?

Yes! We deliver anywhere in the United States & Canada for $2.95 / mile. This includes a one-way trip from Englewood, CO to your delivery location. You are not charged for the return trip.
